32nd Annual Mastering Scientific Evidence

NCDD Seminars and Sessions

SOLD OUT

March 26, 2026 - March 27, 2026

This year's MSE format is a combination of lectures and cross examination demonstrations by exceptional and experienced DWI lawyers and law enforcement and forensic experts. It will cover many aspects of a DWI trial -- including voir dire, SFSTs, breath alcohol tests, blood alcohol tests, blood drug cases, DRE and ARIDE cases, and both pre-analytical and laboratory standards issues. Other presentations include Daubert and evidentiary based challenges to the admissibility of scientific evidence, suppression issues and motions, and 1.25 hours of ethics. At the end of the day on Thursday, there will be a scavenger hunt with prizes followed by a Cajun buffet dinner. As always, the Bourbon Street Balcony Suite will be open in the evenings. For those interested, some of us will play golf on Wednesday.
